3 Layer Co-ex Film: mLLD/PE. Using our state of the art extrusion line and extensive R&D, we offer a 3 layer co-ex film with excellent sealing layers that has very low heat seal initiation temperature. This film is ideal for vertical form and fill and lamination applications. This film is manufactured in N. America for quick delivery.
5 to 8 Layer Co-ex Film: These are barrier film for different food packaging applications.
- Vacuum bags - PA/PE/PA/PE; PE/PA/PE; PP/PA/PE, thickness from 50 microns to 180 microns.
- Lamination film - PE/EVOH/PE. for cheese, beef, liquid food, sauce applications.
- Cheese bag film - PE/PA/EVOH/PA/PE. Very high barrier property. Available from 60 microns to 150 microns.
Forming Film: PA/PE, PP/PA/PE, PA/EVOH/PE, PP/PA/EVOH/PE. Used for automatic packaging machines. We can offer materials of a wide range of oxygen transmission rates. Thickness from 100 microns to 230 microns.
We also offer 8 layer water quench film with high clarity and barrier property for special applications.
